You've heard about it - but who actually carries it?

Archive 81 on Netflix
An archivist hired to restore a collection of tapes finds himself reconstructing the work of a filmmaker and her investigation into a dangerous cult. An intriguing blend of horror and noir, Archive 81 offers addictive supernatural thrills.
Yellowjackets on Crave
A team of wildly talented high school girls soccer players who become the (un)lucky survivors of a plane crash deep in the Ontario(!) wilderness. Season One wraps up on Sunday, Jan 16, 2022, and has been renewed for a second season.
Succession on Crave
The Roy family is known for controlling the biggest media and entertainment company in the world. However, their world changes when their father steps down from the company.

New shows and movies we can't wait to watch -- but aren't available to stream in Canada

Dune on HBO Max
Dune is now available On-Demand through Apple TV, Prime Video and others. It is $24.99 to rent or $29.99 to buy. No word at this time as to when it will be available to stream as part of a subscription. When it happens it will likely be on Crave.
“Feature adaptation of Frank Herbert's science fiction novel, about the son of a noble family entrusted with the protection of the most valuable asset and most vital element in the galaxy.“
The Other Two on Crave + HBO
We're assuming this new season 2 will be on Crave, even though season 1 ran on CTV Comedy, because the show moved from Comedy Central to HBO Max in between seasons. HOWEVER, WE WERE WRONG. There's no sign of the second season on either Comedy or Crave.
“An aspiring actor and his sister Brooke, a former professional dancer, try to find their place in the world while wrestling with their feelings about their 13-year-old brother Chase's sudden rise to internet fame.“
Debuting Aug. 25. Rather than stick to one story all season, Double Feature is split in two completely separate parts, titled "Red Tide" and "Death Valley." Further details are a secret for now, but the first teaser certainly suggests that aliens will be involved in some way. It will only be available to stream if you are a cable TV subscriber to FX.
“An anthology series centering on different characters and locations, including a house with a murderous past, an insane asylum, a witch coven, a freak show circus, a haunted hotel, a possessed farmhouse, a cult, the apocalypse, and a slasher summer camp.“

Station Eleven

December 16, 2021
Too soon? That is the big question facing this HBO Max mini-series that depicts a world ravaged by a pandemic—in this case, an extremely deadly flu. The 10-episode limited series was commissioned nearly six months before the all-too-real COVID pandemic began to make headlines, and whether or not audiences are ready to treat a viral contagion as entertainment remains to be seen

Genres: Drama, Mystery, Sci-Fi
Audience: TV-14
Seasons: 1

Station Eleven Drama, Mystery, Sci-Fi, Thriller | December 16, 2021 (United States)
Writer: Patrick SomervilleStars: Joe Pingue, Mackenzie Davis, Danielle DeadwylerSummary: A Hollywood star, his would-be savior, and a nomadic group of actors roaming the scattered outposts of the Great Lakes region, risking everything for art and humanity. One snowy night a famous Hollywood actor slumps over and dies onstage during a production of King Lear. Hours later, the world as we know it begins to dissolve. Moving back and forth in time-from the actor's early days as a film star to fifteen years in the future, when a theater troupe known as the Traveling Symphony roams the wasteland of what remains this suspenseful, elegiac, spellbinding novel charts the strange twists of fate that connect five people: the actor, the man who tried to save him, the actor's first wife, his oldest friend, and a young actress with the Traveling Symphony, caught in the crosshairs of a dangerous self-proclaimed prophet.
